Private Villa Nero Mediterraneo |
All that makes so special the Gulf of Policastro, this part of the coast overlooking on the Mediterranean Sea is the marvel of lights, sounds and scents. A real sensory orchestra.
The shades of Mediterranean light penetrate with force in the space of the house, pervade its surfaces and exalt the volumes; in each interior light is discrete and indirect in order to respect this essential relation.
Suffused atmospheres, lights which caress the walls and make them bright and immaterial, grazing lights dissolve and cancel the point of jointing between wall and ceiling.

Each interior has its own lighting project: the floating false ceiling of the pool with its stained circles reminds of a pond: somebody has thrown stones in the water and the resultant circles absorb the colours of a sky at sunset; it also reminds of a multicolour stars constellation standing above the quiet water of an internal sea.

Lighting of the house is governed by a control system that consents to the owners to have different scenes for different events; it is also possible to regulate intensity in order to achieve the desired level of harmony assuring in the same time the energy saving and the reduction of maintenance charges!
