During the event "Contamination, Festival of Poetry and Border Cultures", some architects and lighting designers redraw with the art of the light the profile of the magnificent Church of St. George. New urban landscapes for volumes and shapes of the Sicilian Baroque, relied for four nights to the creativity of the Academy of Light, whose honorary president is the Oscar winner Vittorio Storaro. The project for the historical center of Modica was signed by the lighiting designers Filippo Cannata, Maurizio Gianandrea and Emanuela Pulvirenti.
